You can post messages of support, or generally extract the michael on this posting. I will try to respond / answer any questions, and if you want me to perform a specific task along the way (as if riding 960miles wasn't enough!) in order to qualify for sponsorship, then let me know & I will do my best to oblige.
(And before you ask, no, I won't do anything that involves the tub of vaseline generously donated to me by my friends at the Royal Bank...)

Hi
As of Saturday Fred ended up in Crediton nr Exeter after cycling 40 miles today. Yesterday he covered 58 miles.
The weather is apparently rainy and windy; and it is very hilly in Cornwall and Devon, which makes it doubly hard.
He hopes to cover 65 miles tomorrow.
